What you need to know.
Duration
3–6 months, with the option to extend or be hired. A flexible schedule adapted to your university timetable.
Schedule
A minimum of 4h/day, Mon–Fri. We prefer on-site at the Sibiu office, but we're open to hybrid arrangements too.
Agreement
We sign an internship agreement with your university. We cover all the requirements for your placement/internship.
Who can apply
Students or recent graduates passionate about digital marketing. You don't need experience, just curiosity.

What students ask us.
Is the internship paid? +
The first 3 months are unpaid (a training period). If you perform well, we'll discuss an allowance or a job offer from month 4 onwards.
Do I need previous experience? +
No. We're looking for curiosity, a willingness to learn and discipline. We'll teach you the rest. If you already have experience with Canva, social media or even ads — that's a bonus, not a requirement.
Can I do the internship remotely? +
We prefer on-site at the Sibiu office because you learn much faster alongside the team. If you live elsewhere, we can discuss a hybrid format.
Do you provide an internship agreement? +
Yes! We sign an internship agreement with any university in Romania. We help you with all the paperwork you need.
What are the hours? +
Flexible! A minimum of 4 hours a day, Monday to Friday. We adapt the schedule to your university timetable.
